At Cycling Gears Hub, we want every purchase to feel right. If something is not as expected, we are here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to do if you ever need to return an item.
Our Return Window
We offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery.
Important: You must report any issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will not be able to process a return or exchange. So please open and check your order the moment it arrives.
How to Report a Problem
If you notice any issue with your order, contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. When you reach out, please share the following with us.
Clear photos and a short video showing the problem with the product.
Your order number and proof of purchase.
A simple description of what went wrong.
Once we receive this, our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
Returns and Exchanges
Wrong product, damaged item, or defective piece? No worries. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery as long as the issue was reported within 24 to 48 hours.
If you want a different size or color, simply choose Store Credit as your refund option. Store Credit is processed within 24 to 48 hours after we pick up the returned item. You can use it right away on www.cyclinggearshub.in to place a new order.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you can place a new order for the correct item first and your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
How We Pick Up Your Return
We make it easy to send the item back to us. We offer two options.
Doorstep Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address. A small fee based on the package size will be deducted from your refund. This service is available in most pin codes depending on our courier partners.
Self Ship: If pickup is not available in your area, we will share our warehouse address after your return is approved. Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us.
How and When Will I Get My Refund?
We offer three ways to receive your refund depending on how you originally paid.
Store Credit: Processed within 24 to 48 hours after we successfully receive the returned item. This is the fastest option and great if you want to reorder quickly.
Refund to Original Payment Method: Processed after inspection. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment gateway.
UPI Refund for COD Orders: After inspection, the refund is sent to the UPI ID you provide us. This also takes 7 to 10 business days.
Conditions for a Valid Return
Before raising a return request, please make sure your item meets all of the following conditions. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be shared with us.
Any freebies or promotional items included in the order must also be returned.
The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit back to us.
Step by Step Return Process
Step 1: Report your issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
Step 2: Share clear photos, a video, and your order details with us.
Step 3: Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the warehouse address for self ship.
Step 4: After we receive the product, it goes through a Quality Check by our team.
Step 5: If the Quality Check passes, your refund or store credit will be processed immediately.
Step 6: If the Quality Check fails, the item will be returned to you and the shipping charges for that will be borne by you.
Please Pack Your Return Carefully
Before handing the item to the courier, make sure it is packed properly using the original box and packaging material. If the product gets damaged during return transit because of poor packing, we will not be able to process your refund. So please take a moment to pack it well.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Please read this section carefully before placing your order.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on certain products due to their nature. Once purchased, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Bicycles and Frames: Bicycles, Frame Sets, Forks, Suspensions, and Trainers.
Wheels and Components: Wheels, Spokes, and Nipples.
Tools and Equipment: Floor Pumps, Work Stands, Tool Kits, and Display Stands.
Accessories and Gear: Car Racks, Pannier Racks, Bike Cases, Bags, Sunglasses, Smartwatches, and Small Parts.
Wetsuits: Wetsuits cannot be returned once purchased.
Clothing: Clothing items cannot be returned due to size related reasons. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
