RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Specific product pages will mention whether an item is return-eligible or excluded. To get your return approved, you must:
- Upload clear images and a video showing the issue
- Provide as much detail as possible
- Ensure the product meets the return conditions listed below

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? No problem. Choose Store Credit as your refund option for a fast, hassle-free exchange. Store Credit is issued within 24–48 hours after pickup and can be used on www.cyclinggearshub.in to place a new order.
Prefer a Refund?
Place a new order for the correct item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer two return methods:

Doorstep Pickup: Available in most pin codes. A ₹250 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund. Pickup availability depends on our courier partners.

Self-Ship: If your area isn't covered, or you prefer, you can ship the item to our warehouse address.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
We offer three refund options:

Store Credit:
Issued within 24–48 hours after a successful return pickup.
Note: For self-ship returns, credits are issued after we receive and inspect the product. -
Original Payment Method:
Refund processed post-inspection. Timelines depend on your bank/payment gateway.
Estimated Timeline: 7–10 business days -
UPI Refund (for COD orders):
Once we inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the UPI ID you provide.
Estimated Timeline: 7–10 business days
RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition
- All original tags, manuals, and packaging must be intact
- Packaging must not be damaged, opened, or tampered with
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Promotional items or freebies sent with the order must be returned
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit
RETURN PROCESS

Initiate your return request via our Returns Portal.

Once approved:

If you selected Doorstep Pickup, we’ll arrange a pickup.

If you chose Self-Ship, we’ll send you the warehouse address.

Once the product is received, it will undergo Quality Check (QC).

If approved, your refund will be processed.

If QC fails, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

RETURN PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
Before handing the product to the courier, ensure it is securely packed using the original packaging. Any damage during transit due to poor packaging will void the return.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Floor Pumps, Frame Sets, Forks/Suspensions
- Work Stands, Tool Kits, Car Racks, Wetsuits, Nutrition Items
- Bike Cases/Bags, Sunglasses, Smartwatches, Spokes, Nipples, Display Stands, Pannier Racks, Small Parts
- Refurbished Items
Note: Do not send any product back without confirmation and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
