How We Ship
➡️Cycling Gears Hub is a dedicated cycling store based in Kurukshetra, and we personally ensure every order is packed with care before it leaves our shop. We work with reliable courier partners — Bluedart, Delhivery, Maruti Courier, DTDC, and India Post — chosen based on your location to get your order delivered as smoothly as possible.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
➡️Once you place your order, here is what happens on our end. We pack and dispatch most orders within 2 to 3 business days. We ship Monday through Saturday and orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. If you choose Cash on Delivery, our team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order before shipping, this helps us avoid failed deliveries. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout as an incorrect address can cause delays that are difficult to reverse once the order is out. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7 to 12 business days, based on your city and pin code.

Order Value Rs. 500 to Rs. 999 — Shipping Fee Rs. 100
Order Value Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1499 — Shipping Fee Rs. 150
Order Value Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2999 — Shipping Fee Rs. 200

Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to Rs. 19999. Since COD involves additional handling at our end, a small convenience fee is charged.
Order Value Rs. 1 to Rs. 1999 — COD Fee Rs. 50
Order Value Rs. 2000 to Rs. 3999 — COD Fee Rs. 100
Order Value Rs. 4000 to Rs. 7999 — COD Fee Rs. 200
Order Value Rs. 8000 to Rs. 15999 — COD Fee Rs. 400
Order Value Rs. 16000 to Rs. 20000 — COD Fee Rs. 500

Got a Damaged Package?
We pack every order carefully but sometimes things happen in transit. If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with on arrival, please follow these steps.
Do not throw away the box. Keep everything exactly as received.
Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the item inside.
WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery along with your photos and order details.
We will take it from there and make it right for you.
