In credit or debit card transactions, you must use your own card. Cycling Gears Hub is not responsible for any misuse of payment details.
If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or contact details provided by the user, any redelivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days of payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Product warranties and after sale service are governed by the respective manufacturer terms. Cycling Gears Hub is not responsible for product misuse or post sale issues.
This website must be used for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to disrupt or exploit the system is punishable under applicable Indian law.
If any user information is found to be false or misleading, Cycling Gears Hub reserves the right to cancel the account and deny further access to the site.
In case of non delivery or partial delivery, please report the issue immediately. Our liability in such cases is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered items.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons such as stock limitations, pricing errors, or payment verification failures. Users agree not to dispute our decisions regarding order processing or cancellations.
Payments
In case of card payments, you must use your own card. Cycling Gears Hub is not responsible for any unauthorized use of payment details. For Cash on Delivery orders, a confirmation may be required via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
