Building on the success of the original KICKR CORE, the new CORE 2 introduces integrated WiFi connectivity, Race Mode, KICKR Bridge, updated LED indicators, and a redesigned frame for faster setup and improved stability. It is available with either a pre-installed 11-speed cassette or Zwift Cog & Click, giving riders the flexibility to choose the setup that best suits their bike and riding style.

The KICKR CORE 2 is designed to fit nearly every modern road, gravel, and mountain bike. Riders can choose between the traditional 11-speed cassette for mechanical shifting or the Zwift Cog & Click version for virtual shifting, making it an excellent choice for households with multiple bikes or riders.

The trainer supports Shimano HG freehubs out of the box and can be adapted for SRAM XD/XDR or Campagnolo freehub bodies (sold separately).

Returns & Exchange

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Specific product pages will mention whether an item is return-eligible or excluded. To get your return approved, you must:

Upload clear images and a video showing the issue
Provide as much detail as possible
Ensure the product meets the return conditions listed below

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem. Choose Store Credit as your refund option for a fast, hassle-free exchange. Store Credit is issued within 24–48 hours after pickup and can be used on www.cyclinggearshub.in to place a new order.

Prefer a Refund?

Place a new order for the correct item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two return methods:

Doorstep Pickup: Available in most pin codes. A ₹250 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund. Pickup availability depends on our courier partners.
Self-Ship: If your area isn't covered, or you prefer, you can ship the item to our warehouse address.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Store Credit:
Issued within 24–48 hours after a successful return pickup.
Note: For self-ship returns, credits are issued after we receive and inspect the product.
Original Payment Method:
Refund processed post-inspection. Timelines depend on your bank/payment gateway.

Once we inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the UPI ID you provide.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition
All original tags, manuals, and packaging must be intact
Packaging must not be damaged, opened, or tampered with
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Promotional items or freebies sent with the order must be returned
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

RETURN PROCESS

Initiate your return request via our Returns Portal.
Once approved:
- If you selected Doorstep Pickup, we’ll arrange a pickup.
- If you chose Self-Ship, we’ll send you the warehouse address.
Once the product is received, it will undergo Quality Check (QC).
- If approved, your refund will be processed.
- If QC fails, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

RETURN PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Before handing the product to the courier, ensure it is securely packed using the original packaging. Any damage during transit due to poor packaging will void the return.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship only within India to pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of placement.
Dispatches take place Monday to Saturday (no dispatch on Sundays/public holidays).
Delivery time: Standard shipping usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier serviceability.
